Kavita is the director of the school and she also teaches Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras and Hatha Yoga at Rishikul Yogshala all over India and Nepal; Avatar Yoga School in Rishikesh; and Pyramid Yogshal in Rishikesh.
Born and raised in a spiritually well-established family in Karnataka, Kavhita’s upbringing was instilled with all the values and teachings of Basavanna. Kavhita is an amazing listener and has an exceptional ability to connect with students, no matter their cultural background. She has a very sweet and positive attitude and supports her pupils relentlessly during classes as well as outside.
She has a vast knowledge of yoga philosophy and really lives by the principles of it and is always available in case you need a chat. She holds an MA in Yoga from the Uttarakhand Sanskrit University of Haridwar, India and she is a certified 200 and 300 hours RYT Pranayama and Philosophy teacher.
Anil Kumar started his journey at the esteemed he Shanti Kunj Ashram, Haridwar – the divine land where the sacred Ganges exists the Himalayas.
He is guided and trained by Dr. Sunil Yadav. After that Anil Ji has devoted his life to unearthing the gems of Yoga and Ayurveda and has earned various degrees including a Master’s Degree in yogic sciences, a Diploma degree in yoga and naturopathy, and a certification in Ayurveda and health conservation from reputed institutes.
He teaches Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Alignment, and Adjustment with an incredible efficiency and simplicity to the students. Compassion, calmness, and patience are his biggest attributes that perfectly compliment his skilled yogic teachings.
He has almost four years of intense teaching experience with world renowned schools, sharing his expertise while training dedicated global teachers to further the great cause of yoga. He keeps a cheerfulness about him with a charming smile on his face all the time that endears him to all his students.
Pankaj Sadana was born and raised in Rishikesh, near The Himalayas and Mother Ganga. Since his childhood, he has been very athletic, active and interested in taking in new knowledge.
First, he established a stable asana practice and that has led him towards a deeper path. He did his master’s degree in yogic science, learned in Shivananda Ashram in Rishikesh and also practiced in Mysore, the capital of Ashtanga yoga.
He has been practicing for more than 7 years and sharing his knowledge with his students in teacher trainings, retreats, private and drop-in classes for 5 years. His specialty area is adjustment and alignment both is Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. He is devoted to safe and injury-free classes that help people to go deeper into their practice and discover their full potential.
