Timings for the Classes:
  • Hatha Yoga is practiced on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • The classes have two shifts, one is from 6am and the other is from 7 am. On Wednesday and Friday, Hatha yoga is paired with Meditation and Pranayama respectively.
